Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended — we will communicate any delays via email.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Fragrance Shipping Restrictions

Perfumes and colognes are classified as hazardous goods due to their alcohol content. As a result:

  • All fragrance orders are shipped by road or sea freight only for international destinations — they cannot be shipped by air.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your fragrances arrive safely. We use protective packaging designed to prevent breakage during transit. Gift orders can be requested at checkout with a complimentary gift note.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@eternalab.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage, as this may be required for a carrier claim.
